Browser Extension: Edit Image Text
The MiniMax H3: Edit Image Text browser extension works only after you choose its image context-menu action on a webpage image. To provide that user-requested workflow, the extension may handle the selected image URL when available, the current page URL, a PNG screenshot of the visible tab, the selected image bounds within that screenshot, a generated request ID, and a creation time.
The extension stores the newest three import payloads locally in extension storage for no more than ten minutes. It removes a payload after a successful handoff or when it expires. Screenshots larger than the local storage limit are not retained; that handoff contains only the source URL and metadata. The handoff does not place the image URL, image bytes, cookies, account tokens, or job tokens in the browser navigation URL.
When you enter MiniMax H3, the packaged extension handoff transfers the stored payload into the MiniMax H3 image workflow. Our server may retrieve a public source image URL after server-side validation. When that direct source cannot be retrieved and a screenshot was retained, the website uses a crop from the visible-tab screenshot based on the selected image bounds. The website then performs its existing image upload and OCR workflow.
For browser-store privacy forms, the selected image, visible-tab screenshot, source image URL, and current page URL are Website content. The extension does not read browser history, so it does not collect Web history. The extension does not sell this data and does not include extension-level advertising or analytics. MiniMax H3 accounts, credits, subscriptions, and in-app purchases are optional website services.
Our use of information received from Chrome APIs will comply with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
